What is a Construction Toolbox Talk?

A ‘Toolbox Talk’ is a short presentation to your workforce on a single aspect of health and safety.

It's an informal group discussion that focuses on a specific safety issue that you want to address.

Sometimes Tool Box Talks are triggered when an incident or accident occurs on site and in order to ensure it doesn't reoccur a Tool Box Talk is given. In other instances, Toolbox Talks can be used as part of a regular refresher of key safety processes to promote a safety culture.

Toolbox Talks are also intended to facilitate health and safety discussions on the job site and they're a good opportunity for the presenter to answer any questions from the workforce.

Paramount prepare and give Toolbox Talks to save you the time and effort of writing and presenting them yourself. Depending on your requriements our Toolbox Talks can be delviered in person, via video, mobile or PDF. We'll use whatever presentation method we feel best suits your workforce and situation.
